The hotel was fairly clean and family-friendly. The staff were outstandingly accommodating and super-friendly. The check-in process was efficient, and we were able to have a late check-out. The pool was very clean and relaxing. The hotel is situated in a great location near pubs and bars.

I will not stay here again you do not have an honest staff there was a $30. add on my bill that I did not make when I ask for a copy at the desk the person on duty would not give me one so when I got home I checked my Bank account and found the charge. your staff is not honest.

Value for money. Not very far from Hershey attractions! Choice of indoor and outdoor pools. Complimentary breakfast is a good add-on. Huge parking space, no hassles driving in and out.

Didn't like to see our room left open when we came back in the evening but I'm sure it must be a one off case of room clearances. There was a bug in the hair dryer which was promptly replaced upon request!

Comfortable pet-friendly 🐾 double room with 2 recently renovated beds. The room had a cozy standard design and amenities like climate control, armchairs, and a carpet for a homely feel. It's just a quick 9-mile drive to the airport for convenience.

The hotel rooms are brand-new with free WiFi, microwave plus arcade games. Attentive staff and fantastic location make it a great choice! All in all they offer excellent service.

We stayed in a recently renovated room that was top-notch. The room was equipped with beer bottles, a coffee maker, and a comfortable bedroom. The breakfast provided was hot and had a variety of options. The hotel's location was ideal, close to a bar/nightclub called Hardwired, as well as stores and an airport shuttle.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like

First impression was that the place could use a facelift. But our room was very clean and a great value for what we paid..

Clean hotel, outstandingly accommodating and supper friendly employees who seemed to know what he was doing and offered excellent service. The location was great and handy - near pubs and bars. Good-sized rooms with double beds, beer bottles and a mini fridge and warm breakfast.

Great place, really clean, and the staff were super efficient. They knew their stuff and provided awesome service. The location is fantastic for hitting up bars and pubs 🍻.

Hotel was very nice

I didn't like that you had to walk outside to get to the indoor pool. There was no changing room at the pool area. Made for a very cold walk back to our room.

The advertising pictures depicted a very nice looking "hotel", when in reality, it was a remodeled motel from decades back. The room was small, loud noise of drunks right outside of our door every night and crowded parking due to the bar next door and other events. I could not use the coffee maker because it was unclean and dirty with dust. There were very few channels to choose from on the TV and not even a blanket on the bed. When we turned the bath vent fan on to get showered you could smell the cigarette smoke, which was disgusting and evidence that it was not always a smoke free room.

The hotel rooms are equipped with useful facilities such as a microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. Additionally, the cleanliness of both the room and bathroom met my expectations. However, what impressed me the most was the hotel's surroundings. The outdoor recreational area had a field for baseball/softball, volleyball nets, pavilions with picnic tables, making it perfect for group activities and cookouts. The Irish pub on the hotel's location seemed like a great spot to grab a drink, although I didn't have the chance to check it out.

Nothing to dislike.
